The challenge

The shed purlins were spaced wider than standard and the plant could not stop production for even a single shift during installation.

What we did

We ran a structural check first and added intermediate supports where needed, then scheduled all roof work during the Sunday maintenance window across four weekends.

Project notes

Shreeji Industries runs two shifts on a connected load of 250 kVA, with the bulk of consumption between 9 AM and 7 PM. That daytime-heavy profile made the site an almost textbook fit for on-grid solar.

The 100 kW system now generates around 1.46 lakh units a year against an annual consumption of roughly 1.95 lakh units. Monthly bills dropped from an average of Rs 12.85 lakh to Rs 3.15 lakh, and the client claimed 40% accelerated depreciation in the first financial year.
